Brian Dorgan, FCCA
Founder and Director
Brian brings over 25 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience across several industries. His experience works directly for your business. He's a Xero Champion and systems thinker who specialises in helping SMEs and Limited companies understand their finances, manage their cash flow, and make informed business decisions.
Before founding Dorgan Limited, Brian was Finance Manager at the Donmar Warehouse (2013–2018) and is currently Head of Finance at Dulwich Picture Gallery in a fractional role, where he's worked with creative teams and complex operational budgets. This experience has taught him how to translate finance into language that works; so you get plain-English answers, not accounting theory; and how to support people who care more about doing great work than accounting theory.
Brian is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA). He's based in Beckenham and has deep roots in the Croydon and Bromley area. He's originally from Dublin, now lives locally with his family.
Brian manages Dorgan Limited's client work day to day, with the support of the team.

Lia is an HR and payroll specialist who works alongside Brian to deliver reliable, compliant people management and payroll support to our clients, so your payroll is in safe hands. She brings deep expertise in PAYE, payroll processing, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Lia manages all aspects of payroll delivery: monthly processing, HMRC submissions, statutory reporting, and year end payroll compliance. She also advises on HR matters, employee policy, and people risk management. Her meticulous approach means every client receives consistent, accurate support, and nothing falls through the cracks. Which means you don't have to think about payroll; Lia's got it covered.
With her background in HR operations and payroll management, Lia is essential to Dorgan Limited's delivery. She manages client onboarding, coordinates ongoing payroll and HR matters, and ensures full compliance with employment law and tax regulations.
